Project consisted of a renovating an existing room into an explosion proof paint mix room storing paint for the new front end Lexus Line. Although the square foot of the project was small it was a complex project. New conveyors and press installation was going on in the same area, coordinating outages with minimal down time relied on extensive planning. AES installed new explosion proof light fixtures, receptacles, fire alarm and CO2 System. The room renovation made the room Class 1 Div 2 rating.
