Project consisted of a 60,000 sq ft expansion to the paint facility wth an additional (3) Breezeways. Project highlights included LED High Bay Lighting, a new 4000 amp double ended substation and installation of (8) 1,600 amp Power Distribution Panels. New Fire Alarm and notification system tying into the existing plant.
AES worked around existing Toyota operations to tie in the 15kv High Voltage cable feeding the new substation along with relocating power feeders throughout the existing facility. The 15 KV Cable was a 1,400’ feeder that route throughout the existing paint operations. The project had an aggressive schedule and AES peaked at over 28 men on the job site.
