Scope: The Eaton Data Center project is the construction of a Tier IV data center in Kentucky. The 102,500sf building includes 10,000 sf of data floor space and 1 MW of critical power Day One with accommodations for an additional 10,000 sf of raised floor and an additional 2.6 MW of critical power. The data center equipment includes two (2) 2MW generators, two (2) 1100 KVA UPS modules, two (2) 550 kVA UPS modules, two (2) 650 ton chillers and eighteen (18) CRAH units. The project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification. The electrical solutions within each facility are designed to Tier IV standards that include an ultimate UPS capacity of 4.4mva of power each.
